-) What is python ? Python is an interpreted, object oriented and high level language. It supports both procedure oriented programming and object oriented programming. You can use the way you want.
-) What diffrentiates python from other language and why it became popular? Since the advancement of machine learning, AI , Research Scientists don't want to spend much time in learning programming language so they went for the easiest language available and the easiest language available in market is python. It is much simpler than C ++ or Java therefore most of the schools and colleges now teaches python. Many big organisation uses python as a main language or as a support language.
-) Can we learn python ? Yes, It is one of the easiest language to learn. Even if you are from a non - Technical background and you have not written even a single code then you can start with python. In fact children can learn python. It's that easy. Now python has multiple versions, It has 1.x, 2.x, 3.x. Definitly we would be learning 3.x because it is new and there will be more features.
